As a book to cover the basis on what a minimum coaching could be, as well as developing some more detailed techniques on coaching, this is a great starter. I is long, but easy to read, and for those just starting to try to understand what coaching is, it is a useful reader and reference book.

I found the content to be extremely vague and generally useless, for the most part it discusses managing a team not one on one interactions in the workplace.
